Paul Buisse wine cellar

The wonderful wines of the Val de Loire region are made known by Claudine and Paul Buisse for over 30 years. In the vast wine cellar called "Boule Blanche" because it is dug in the white tufa stone, Paul Buisse (nicknamed the "wine dressmaker") homes and looks after the "best" wines of the region: Touraine, Bourgueil, Chinon, Vouvray, Sancerre, etc… Wines are well born and well brought up, but also well dressed because the bottle is of importance for Paul Buisse.
The "Boule Blanche" cellars are open every day except on Saturday afternoon and Sunday.
